In answer to the specific query, I do not know of any records from the Bolaven plateau. On habitat grounds it would be rather surprising (but not impossible) to find it there.
and in terms of whether more rapid delcine than assumed here are *possible*, the probably are, but it does seem very unlikely to be at rate sufficient to trigger NT under A (the only option with C excluded based on too-large population)
